REFUND POLICY

Returns

We only offer returns on:

  1. Items damaged in shipment
  2. Defective items

Sale Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We offer replacements for misprinted items only. No refunds are issued for misprinted items — exchanges only.

Items damaged in shipment or defective items are available for replacement in kind. We do not issue refunds for these.

Size Differences We do not offer returns on size differences. Since all manufacturers do not adhere to the same sizing standards, we list all items with their manufacturer's sizing charts. Please choose the correct size according to that specific manufacturer's sizing chart.

Return Policy Time Length Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After 15 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) To complete your return, we require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Obtain an RMA by emailing photos of the product issue to blacksoldiersmip@gmail.com. Include your tracking number so we can expedite your refund or exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for any item not in its original condition, or damaged/missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds Once your return and RMA are received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after 30 days, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then your bank. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at blacksoldiersmip@gmail.com.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Obtain an approved RMA (see above), then email blacksoldiersmip@gmail.com and send your item to: Black Soldiers Plus, 6921 Independence Pkwy #140, Plano, TX 75023 with your approved RMA.

Return Shipping Mail your product to: Black Soldiers Plus, 6921 Independence Pkwy #140, Plano, TX 75023. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
