1. About Us Black Soldiers Plus is a veteran-owned, online-only business founded by Thomas Adkins and operated by American Enterprises, LLC, based in Plano, Texas. We specialize in premium military history apparel, prints, and accessories honoring the legacy of African American military units.

2. Eligibility By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

3. Products & Print-on-Demand All products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Product colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. We do not maintain physical inventory or a retail storefront.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay.

5. Orders & Cancellations Orders begin processing immediately upon confirmation. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting blacksoldiersmip@gmail.com. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production may have already begun.

6. Shipping We ship to the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Black Soldiers Plus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns & Refunds Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. We only accept returns on items damaged in shipment or defective items. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained by emailing photos of the product issue to blacksoldiersmip@gmail.com with your tracking number. Misprinted items are eligible for exchange only — no refunds. Sale items are non-refundable. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including designs, graphics, text, logos, and product imagery — is the exclusive property of Black Soldiers Plus / American Enterprises, LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Armed Forces, or any branch of the U.S. military. Limitation of Liability Black Soldiers Plus and American Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Collin County, Texas.
