SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are shipped from several different manufacturing fulfillment centers.

PRODUCTION & CUSTOMIZATION TIME

Approximately 90% of our products are custom-made to order. After your order is placed, our in-house design team creates your personalized product and sends you a preview link for approval.

Design preview delivery: Within a few hours to 1–2 business days
Customer approval required: Production does not begin until you approve your design preview
Production & fulfillment: 3–7 business days after approval
Total estimated time to shipment: 5–10 business days from order date

If you do not respond to your design preview within 2 business days, our team will follow up to ensure timely fulfillment. For non-customized items, standard production time is 3–7 business days.
